Este individuo fue condenado en Europa tras ser señalado de provocar incendios en Polonia y República Checa. Las investigaciones determinaron que recibía instrucciones directas de un contacto identificado solo como “Adrián”, quien le pidió pruebas en video para confirmar el cumplimiento de las tareas. A cambio, obtendría pagos de hasta tres mil dólares.
